What I take, how much and when.
I need to say this right now. "I am not a Doctor" I am a person who found that by taking the following items that I was able to reverse Congestive Heart Failure and am now considered cured. I had an Ejection Fraction of 22% in January 2002. In January 2003 my Ejection Fraction is over 50%. I will tell you at the end of this page what brands I use and where I get them from. I do not sell them and do not make a profit from the companies mentioned below.
When I awake in the morning I mix up 4000 mg of Vitamin C and add one ounce of Colloidal Minerals to this mixture I then add about 4 oz of orange juice for some flavor.
I then take the following after the Vitamin C mixture. I normally do not eat a breakfast but if I should it would be with these nutrients
|
1 |
1000 mg of Flaxseed Oil |
|
1 |
500 mg L-Lysine |
|
1 |
500 mg L-Proline |
|
1 |
500 mg Colostrum 25% Ig |
Then just before my noon meal I take
| 1 | 500 mg L-Carnitine with B-6 |
| 1 | 1000 mg Taurine |
| 1 | 500 mg L-Proline |
| 1 | 4000 mg Vitamin C |
After I finish eating lunch I take this:
| 1 | Super B- Complex |
| 1 | 250 mcg Sodium Selenite |
| 2 | 50 mg Coenzyme Q10 |
Before dinner this:
| 1 | 500 mg L-Lysine |
| 1 | 500 mg L-Proline |
| 1 | 500 mg Colostrum 25% Ig |
| 1 | 4000 mg Vitamin C |
And I do take the following prescribed medications
| 3 | 625 mg Welchol twice daily at the noon meal and after dinner ** for lowering Cholesterol |
| 1 | .112 mg Synthroid about two hours in the am before my noon meal ** for under active Thyroid |
| 1 | 300 mg Allopurinol at the noon meal ** for treatment of Gout |
| 1 | 5 mg Warfarin around 3 pm ** a blood thinner |
I took the Vitamin C mixture three times a day for around three months then cut it back to twice daily. I currently have been only taking 4000 mg once a day since the first of this year, 2003, but on some days I will take it twice. Vitamin C should be taken to bowel tolerance. You may have to start off with much less then 4000 mg several times daily and build your way up.
What kind do I take and where do I get it:
The Vitamin C I get is called C-Salts. No sodium in it. I get this from Wholesale Nutrition http://www.nutri.com/wn/wn-pl.html
Cream of the Crop Colostrum a product from Nutri Health www.nutri-health.com
The Flaxseed oil, Super B-Complex and Coenzymen Q10 I get from Costco. The Flaxseed and Super B-Complex are made by Nature Made www.NatureMade.com the Coenzyme Q10 is made by TruNature. I do not have a website for them but these are 50 mg softgel tabs. My understanding is that all Q10 is manufactured in Japan so whatever brand you get should be ok.
The L-Proline is made by Solgar. The Mega Taurine and Sodium Selenite by Twinlab. I get these items from a company by the name of Burman's Natural Foods out of Pennsylvania www.burmansnaturalfoods.com
All of these company's I have done business with for over a year and their customer service is excellent. I recommend them. You may want to shop your local vitamin warehouse and check prices. I find that the C-Salts (read the flyer here) are a great buy from Wholesale Nutrition. A large 140 dose jar is only $28.00 and they pay the shipping.
The Colloidal Minerals I get are called Min-Ra-Sol. I purchase it from a company named Colloidal Minerals Direct in Jefferson City, MO. Their phone number is 1-800-470-8638. I normally purchase a gallon at a time and take one ounce a day. I think the cost is around $55.00 per gallon.
Will this process work for you as it has me? I can not answer that but hope it does if you decide to try it. If you are taking heart medication now you may want to check with your doctor about adding these nutrients. I would be very careful about stopping any medication your doctor may have you on before checking with him.
I felt I had nothing to lose when I came face to face with making a decision about changing my treatment plan. What the doctors were doing was not working and only making me worse off. This all started in 1998 and I went nothing but down hill till I started doing what I thought and believed in would help. I really think I had a condition called Statin-Induced Cardiomyopathy. This is caused by taking the Statin Drugs (Zocor, Mevacor, etc) I was on these drugs for about 12 years. You can read some on this at click here.
I would like to suggest that you return back to my HOME page. Toward the bottom of that page you will find links to Drs Rath and Pauling websites. Dr Rath's site is well worth exploring. I got a lot of what to take from these two doctors and their findings. Dr Pauling died in the early 1990's but Rath is still living. These two doctors were awarded three U.S. Patents for the reversal of Coronary Artery Disease. This is information you will not find at your doctors office.
